What Makes Them Tick is a full service speaking agency that was founded from individuals with a combined service of over 30 years in the event industry.
We thrive on working with speakers across the industry who can tell their story right from the heart whilst giving an insight into what really makes them tick. That is what drives us.
We wanted to set up an agency, knowing that if you book one of our speakers, you will leave the event, knowing absolutely everything about them and how they have achieved such remarkable feats be it in sport, business, military or entertainment. We want to delve right inside the heads of the speakers and bring things out that even they did not know made them tick.
We also wanted to make it an easy experience for the client, from booking one of our speakers right through to delivery and everything in between we are proud to say we do that.

Our mission is to create long-lasting relationships that are built on good service, communication, advice and trust. We will give you the best advice and the best speaker to suit your audience. We won’t just give you the most expensive speaker, nor will we push a speaker just because he/she is available. You can rely on us to deliver exactly what you want for your event, and the reason for that is because we know what works. We don’t want one booking, we want lifelong custom based on all of the above. Nobody has ever worked with us just once, and we are very proud of that.
13 years ago, we were founded as an events company. It started out with a small event and quickly grew into something a lot bigger. We then came up with a business plan that included booking talent for others with an eye in the future to go on and manage talent. What makes them tick is the final step in the journey.
